For our partners

A nonprofit
scholarship partner.

Fletch partners with universities and supporters across college sports to back students who lead. We are an independent 501(c)(3) awarding merit scholarships through a documented, arm’s-length process, on leadership and service, never athletic performance. The kind of program your compliance office can stand behind.

Where we fit

One clean channel everyone can use.

College sports has more ways than ever to support athletes, and more scrutiny on every one of them. Fletch gives anyone in the ecosystem a charitable way to back student leaders: a merit scholarship, decided independently and paid straight to the student for their education.

For partners

A way to give that holds up.

Partners across college sports can point students toward Fletch and support the mission, knowing the award is charitable, merit-based, and on the record.

For students

Recognized for how they lead.

An independent 501(c)(3) awarding merit scholarships on leadership, service, and impact. Documented, transparent, and built to be examined.

How it works

Four steps, fully documented.

Connect.

Students apply directly. Partners can point promising leaders and servers to the application. Fletch controls the decision from there.

Evaluate.

Fletch independently reviews each applicant on leadership, service, and impact. Never athletic performance. Every step is recorded.

Award.

When a student is selected, the merit scholarship is paid directly to them as educational support, the way a scholarship is supposed to work.

Stand behind it.

The selection is independent and on the record. Your compliance office can examine the process end to end and sign off.

Why it holds up

Built to be examined.

  • An independent 501(c)(3). Partners support the mission; Fletch decides who receives a scholarship.
  • Selection on leadership, service, and impact. Never athletic performance.
  • An arm’s-length review, documented at every step.
  • Scholarships paid directly to students as educational support.
  • Transparent: how we select recipients, and how awards are funded and paid, is documented and on the record.
  • Awards are charitable and merit-based, never conditioned on athletic performance.
